What can this tool provide?    This tool goes over some of the questions that lawyers and insurance companies ask in order to assess the value of a personal injury claim.

Will this tool provide me with an actual dollar value of my claim?   No, because an online tool cannot take into account the individual characteristics of each claimant (although with the advancement of AI, that might not be far away!). For example, the extent of pre-existing conditions, causation, whether or not an individual is a good witness, whether there are other non-accident related concurrent factors affecting damages, stability of work history, overall credibility, consistency of medical records and/or the existence of proof of damages are some examples of factors that cannot be considered by such a tool. This tool is strictly for general information purposes only and no advice is provided through the use of this tool.
