Wellington County OPP responded to a motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian on Main Street West in Palmerston at around 12 p.m. on Tuesday. The pedestrian was airlifted to a trauma centre with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver was not injured.
As a result of the incident, Main Street West was temporarily closed but has since reopened. The OPP’s Traffic Incident Management Enforcement (TIME) team was consulted, and the investigation remains ongoing.
