A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a three-vehicle collision near Caledonia on Friday evening. The crash occurred on Highway 54, which was temporarily closed between Mines Road and McKinnon Drive.
According to OPP Sergeant Ed Sanchuk, the incident happened when a motorist turned into the path of the motorcycle, ejecting the rider into the path of an oncoming vehicle. The motorcyclist was taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
