A fire that erupted around 7 p.m. near Dundas Street West and Chestnut Street has led to the evacuation of a commercial building and a road closure. As a result, Dundas Street West is currently shut down between University Avenue and Bay Street. While no injuries have been reported, police are advising motorists to take alternate routes to avoid the area.
