South Simcoe Police are looking for a suspect involved in a hit-and-run incident in Bradford on Friday night. At around 10:30 p.m., officers responded to a report of an abandoned e-bike found on the side of the road near Yonge Street and Line 11.
The investigation revealed that the e-bike rider was struck by a small SUV or sedan driving on the shoulder of Yonge Street. The collision caused significant damage to the e-bike, and the rider suffered minor injuries. However, the driver of the vehicle fled the scene.
Police are urging the public to come forward with any information to aid in the ongoing investigation.
