A man in his 40s was seriously injured after being hit by a vehicle late Friday night in Scarborough. The incident occurred shortly after 10 p.m. near Kingston Road and Lawrence Avenue East. He was transported to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries and is expected to recover.
The driver involved stayed at the scene, and police have closed off nearby roads to investigate the collision.
