A pedestrian sustained serious injuries after being hit by a vehicle in Vaughan on Sunday evening.
The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 7 and Kipling Avenue when the vehicle, turning right from Kipling onto Highway 7, struck the pedestrian. The driver stayed at the scene, and the area was closed for several hours as authorities conducted their investigation.
