Toronto police are investigating a hit-and-run crash in Scarborough that took down a hydro pole and left a vehicle overturned. The collision occurred around 2 a.m. near Kennedy Road and Sheppard Avenue.
Two vehicles were involved, with one striking a hydro pole and flipping onto its roof. One of the drivers fled the scene before police arrived. Fortunately, no serious injuries were reported.
Toronto Hydro has since repaired the damaged pole. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
