LaSalle police have announced a road closure on County Road 8 (North Townline Rd) following a crash that downed two hydro poles. The closure affects the stretch between Broderick Road and Disputed Road, and will remain in place for an extended period.
No injuries were reported from the collision. Drivers are advised to use alternate routes and avoid the area.
The crash also caused a power outage affecting approximately 3,355 customers in Essex County. Hydro One restored power to most residents by Tuesday afternoon.
