Windsor police are investigating a crash that left a motorcyclist with life-threatening injuries after being struck from behind by a vehicle.
The incident occurred on Sunday around 9 p.m. in the 2100 block of Front Road in Amherstburg. Officers discovered that a vehicle traveling northbound on Front Road collided with a motorcyclist from behind.
The 70-year-old motorcyclist was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, while the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing, and police are asking anyone who witnessed the collision or has information to contact the Traffic Enforcement Unit at 519-945-9645, ext. 7032.
