Waterloo Regional Police are searching for a driver involved in a hit-and-run in Cambridge on Friday evening.
The incident occurred around 8 p.m. on Franklin Boulevard near Morning Calm Drive, when a cyclist was struck by a vehicle. The driver fled the scene before authorities arrived. The cyclist, whose identity has not been released, was taken to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
