A 13-year-old girl sustained minor facial injuries after colliding with a vehicle while skateboarding in Guelph on Thursday morning.
The incident occurred shortly after 8:30 a.m. at the intersection of Applewood Crescent and Greengate Road. According to police, the girl failed to stop at a stop sign before striking the moving vehicle.
She was taken to the hospital for treatment. Authorities have not confirmed whether any charges were laid.
