A 39-year-old man from Ottawa has died following a single-vehicle motorcycle crash early Saturday morning southeast of Renfrew.
Ontario Provincial Police responded to the incident around 2 a.m. on Burnstown Road, between Calabogie Road and Fraser Road. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
The road was closed for several hours as police conducted their investigation, reopening around 9:30 a.m. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
