A woman suffered life-threatening injuries after being struck by a vehicle in downtown Toronto’s Cabbagetown early Saturday morning.
Toronto police responded to the collision around 2 a.m. in the area of Dundas Street East and Seaton Street. The driver involved remained at the scene.
The victim was rushed to hospital, and road closures were put in place on Dundas Street East at Seaton Street and northbound Seaton Street at Shuter Street as police investigated. Authorities are asking anyone with information to come forward.
