A 68-year-old man from Mildmay has died following a motorcycle crash near Mount Forest on Monday evening. The incident occurred around 5:15 p.m. on Sideroad 3 West, where Wellington County OPP responded to reports of a motorcyclist who had been ejected from his bike.
Emergency crews arrived to find the man, who was pronounced dead at the scene. The roadway was closed for several hours as police conducted their investigation, which remains ongoing.
Authorities are asking anyone with information or dashcam footage related to the incident to contact Wellington County OPP or provide tips anonymously through Crime Stoppers.
