A cyclist was hospitalized Thursday morning after being struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Anne and Wellington streets in Barrie.
The collision occurred shortly before 9 a.m., and the extent of the cyclist’s injuries has not been disclosed. Police noted the individual was not wearing a helmet at the time of the incident. The driver remained at the scene, and no charges have been announced. The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
