At around 1 a.m. Friday, OPP responded to a serious single-vehicle crash in Norfolk County Road 19, about four kilometres south of Tillsonburg, where a vehicle had veered off the road into a cornfield.

The passenger suffered life-threatening injuries and was airlifted to hospital. The 23-year-old driver from Oxford County sustained minor injuries and was taken into custody.
