A collision involving two vehicles shut down Highway 10 at County Road 109 around 10 p.m. on Saturday while police investigated.
Although the occupants sustained only minor injuries, Caledon OPP determined that one driver was impaired by alcohol. A 28-year-old man from Toronto has been charged with multiple impaired driving offences.
His vehicle was impounded for seven days, and his licence suspended for 90 days. He is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville on November 13.
