Dominion Boulevard at Norfolk Street has been closed in all directions as Windsor Police investigate a collision that seriously injured a 14-year-old.
Police told CTV News the teen was struck by a vehicle while riding a scooter shortly after 3 p.m. Monday. The youth was taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators.
The roadway was shut down during the investigation, which remains ongoing.
