A man was seriously injured in a hit-and-run collision in Mississauga on Tuesday afternoon.
Peel Regional Police say the incident happened around 2:45 p.m. at Cambrett Drive and Joliffe Avenue, near Morning Star and Goreway Drives. The pedestrian was taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver, operating a white four-door Volkswagen Jetta, fled the scene and was last seen heading east on Joliffe Avenue. Police are asking anyone with information to contact them or reach out to Crime Stoppers anonymously.
