Highway 7 is closed in both directions at Scugog Line 6 in Port Perry after a tractor-trailer jack-knifed. No injuries have been reported, but OPP are urging drivers to avoid the area until the scene is cleared.
Earlier, the OPP Whitby detachment warned that winter storm conditions across east and north Durham have created slick roads, poor visibility, and multiple collisions.
