Blair Road is closed in both directions at Langdon Drive after several crashes Sunday linked to hazardous road conditions.
Waterloo Regional Police confirmed at around 5:40 p.m. that the closure will remain in place for several hours while hydro crews carry out repairs.
Motorists are being asked to stay clear of the area and take alternate routes.
