A workplace accident in Lambton County has resulted in the death of a 38-year-old London resident.
Emergency responders were called to a Douglas Line address in Forest late Tuesday afternoon, where police found the individual suffering life-threatening injuries sustained while working on equipment. The person was transported to hospital and later pronounced dead.
The Ministry of Labour has been alerted and is leading the investigation.
