An overnight barn fire in Brantford is under investigation by the Office of the Fire Marshal. Emergency crews were dispatched to a structure fire on Blossom Avenue around 1:30 a.m. Saturday, according to Ontario Provincial Police.
The roadway was shut down between County Road 18 and Old Onondaga Road for several hours while firefighters worked at the scene, and heavy smoke was reported in the area.
No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
