A 44-year-old Cornwall man is facing four charges after police responded to a collision in the 800 block of Pitt Street early Tuesday morning.
Police said a vehicle struck a business on Pitt Street, injuring two people. Officers allege the driver was operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
The man has been charged with dangerous operation causing bodily harm, operation causing bodily harm, operation while impaired, and having a blood alcohol concentration over the legal limit.
He was released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in Cornwall court on Jan. 13.
