A pedestrian was hospitalized with serious injuries following a crash in Kitchener on Sunday evening.
The incident occurred around 8:45 p.m. at Kingswood Drive and Block Line Road. A 53-year-old man from Kitchener was taken to a hospital outside the region.
The 38-year-old driver involved was uninjured but has been charged with careless driving causing bodily harm. The intersection was closed for several hours during the investigation.
