A 31-year-old man from Dundas is facing an impaired driving charge after a vehicle struck a house in London’s south end Sunday night. London police say the crash happened around 9:30 p.m. near Wharncliffe Road South and Evergreen Avenue.
Emergency crews responded and arrested the driver at the scene. The man suffered minor injuries and was treated by paramedics, while the home sustained an estimated $1,000 in damage.
Following the investigation, the driver was charged with impaired operation for exceeding the legal blood alcohol limit and is scheduled to appear in London court on Feb. 9, 2026.
