Ontario Provincial Police are urging snowmobilers to ride with caution after two separate crashes in Wellington County.
The first incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 27 on Wellington Road 8 in Moorefield, where a snowmobile struck a hydro pole. The driver was taken to hospital and treated for minor injuries.
Less than an hour later, at about 5:15 p.m., a second crash happened on Sideroad 17 in Erin. Both the driver and a passenger were transported to hospital with minor injuries.
Police say no charges were laid in connection with either collision.
