A multi-vehicle crash on Highway 11 sent one person to hospital with minor injuries and caused traffic disruptions north of Barrie.
Orillia Ontario Provincial Police say at least five vehicles and a transport truck were involved in the collision on the southbound lanes of Highway 11 near Line 1. The crash led to a lane closure, leaving only one lane open to traffic.
Police are urging motorists to avoid the area and limit non-essential travel while emergency responders and tow crews continue to work at the scene.
