Fire crews in Collingwood were called to a structure fire early Monday morning after reports of flames coming from a residential home.
When firefighters arrived, heavy fire was visible through a window, with large flames and thick smoke pouring from the residence. An aggressive interior attack was launched to prevent the fire from spreading, and crews were able to quickly bring the situation under control and fully extinguish the blaze.
No injuries were reported. The Town of the Blue Mountains Fire Department assisted by providing additional water supply at the scene.
Officials have not yet said how much damage the home sustained or what caused the fire.
