Windsor police have laid stunt driving charges against two motorists following a street racing collision on Wyandotte Street East. The incident occurred shortly after 4 p.m. Tuesday in the 3100 block, where a traffic enforcement officer observed two vehicles travelling at excessive speeds while racing each other.
One of the vehicles lost control and crashed into the other. No injuries were reported. A 29-year-old driver and a 19-year-old driver were both charged with stunt driving, resulting in 30-day licence suspensions and 14-day vehicle impoundments. Further penalties may be imposed as the case moves through the court system.
