Ontario Provincial Police say minor injuries were reported in one of three crashes involving jackknifed tractor trailers on Highway 401 Wednesday night.
The collisions occurred in the westbound lanes near Odessa around 7:30 p.m., between Sydenham and Gardiners roads in Kingston shortly after 9 p.m., and later between Joyceville Road and Highway 15 at about 10:15 p.m. Police say the final crash resulted in a diesel spill and minor injuries, while no injuries were reported in the other two incidents.
The westbound lanes were closed for several hours but reopened to traffic between 10:25 p.m. and 11:30 p.m.
