Traffic has fully reopened between St. Jacobs and Elmira following a transport truck crash that shut down a major roadway Wednesday morning.
The incident was reported shortly after 7 a.m. on Arthur Street South near Scotch Line Road, just south of Elmira. Waterloo Regional Police later confirmed the road was closed between Scotch Line Road and Listowel Road.
Police say a transport truck rolled over, blocking both northbound and southbound lanes. Minor injuries were reported as a result of the crash.
Arthur Street South reopened to traffic shortly before 11 a.m. on Wednesday.
