Ontario Provincial Police are seeking information after a transport truck rolled into a ditch on Highway 7/8 in Kitchener Thursday morning. The incident occurred around 10:37 a.m. between Fischer-Hallman Road and Trussler Road. The truck driver was uninjured.

According to OPP, the driver reported that a white Chevrolet allegedly cut in front of the truck while changing lanes. To avoid a potential collision, the truck driver braked, lost control on black ice, and rolled into the ditch.

Traffic was rerouted to Trussler Road while crews removed the truck. Police are asking anyone who witnessed the incident to come forward, and specifically urge the driver of the white four-door Chevrolet to provide details.
