OC Transpo says no injuries were reported after one of its buses collided with a vehicle in south Ottawa on Monday afternoon.
The crash occurred at about 4 p.m. at the intersection of Fallowfield Road and Old Richmond Road. OC Transpo confirmed its Transit Operations Control Centre was notified of the incident and that emergency services were supported at the scene.
A spokesperson for the Ottawa Paramedic Service said the bus was empty at the time and no ambulance was needed because there were no patients.
OC Transpo has said it will conduct an internal investigation to determine the cause of the collision. Ottawa police have not yet confirmed whether they are investigating.
