Ontario Provincial Police report that a head-on collision near Woodstock sent two drivers to hospital Tuesday morning.
The crash involved a car and a pickup truck on Highway 59 between Curries Road and Gunn’s Hill Road at around 7:40 a.m. The passenger vehicle’s driver was airlifted by Ornge to a local hospital with undetermined injuries, while the pickup driver was transported by ambulance.
By noon, police confirmed that both drivers’ injuries were non-life-threatening. Highway 59 has since reopened in the area.
