A 56-year-old man has died following a late-night collision between a snowmobile and a passenger vehicle in South Bruce. Ontario Provincial Police say the crash happened around 10:20 p.m. Thursday on Bruce Road 11.
Emergency responders transported the snowmobile operator to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. The section of Bruce Road 11 between Sideroad 20 and Sideroad 25 in Arran-Elderslie Township remained closed Friday as police continued their investigation.
OPP are asking witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage from the area at the time of the crash to come forward.
