Ottawa police arrested a snowplow operator for impaired driving after a crash involving a police cruiser early Saturday morning.
The collision occurred on Rideau Street shortly after 4 a.m. Police say the driver, a 39-year-old man, was tested and found to have a blood alcohol level four times over the legal limit. He was taken into custody at the scene.
Investigators noted the snowplow was operated by a private snow removal company.
