Barrie police are still looking into a late-night collision that occurred Friday after a vehicle struck a snowbank and overturned.
Emergency responders were dispatched shortly before 11 p.m. to the area of Bentley Crescent and Brookwood Drive. Police say the car rolled onto its side after making contact with the snowbank.
Two women in their late 20s were inside the vehicle at the time and were not hurt. The roadway was temporarily closed while crews cleared the scene and removed the car.
Police say the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
