A 59-year-old resident of Mount Forest has been fined after being hit by a vehicle earlier this week.
Wellington County OPP say officers were called to Main Street South around 6:45 a.m. Monday for a crash involving one vehicle and a pedestrian. The individual was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
After reviewing the circumstances, police issued the pedestrian a charge for not using a marked crosswalk. The offence carries a $50 penalty.
