A woman suffered serious injuries after her legs were caught under an OC Transpo bus on Elgin Street in Ottawa Monday afternoon.
Paramedics were called to the area near Gladstone Avenue around 12:20 p.m. and said the woman’s legs became trapped beneath the wheels of an articulated bus at a nearby stop. Ottawa Fire Services assisted in freeing her, and she was transported to hospital in stable condition with serious injuries.
OC Transpo confirmed it is investigating the incident internally.
