Fire crews in Thames Centre responded to a residential fire near Dorchester on Tuesday morning.
When firefighters arrived, they encountered thick smoke and flames coming from a second-floor bedroom. The blaze was brought under control quickly, allowing all four occupants to get out safely. Paramedics assessed everyone at the scene.
The cause of the fire has not been released, and damage is estimated at approximately $300,000.
