A house fire on Boullee Street caused significant damage Tuesday morning, though no one was injured.

Two residents noticed an electrical-type smell and discovered flames at the back of the home, prompting them to evacuate. Neighbours had already called 911 before they reached safety.

Firefighters arrived to heavy smoke and flames, deploying multiple units including an aerial truck. Damage is estimated at around $200,000.

Police do not currently suspect any foul play as the cause of the fire continues to be investigated.
