Toronto police are searching for a driver who fled after their SUV collided with a pole early Sunday morning. The crash occurred around 6:04 a.m. near Bathurst Street and Avenal Drive.
Officers found the vehicle at the scene, but the driver left on foot. It is unknown if there are any injuries. Bathurst Street was temporarily closed in both directions but reopened shortly before 9 a.m.
