A collision in Windsor temporarily knocked out traffic signals at a busy intersection Thursday afternoon.
Officers responded around 2 p.m. to a crash at Banwell Road and the E.C. Row Expressway. Following the incident, the lights switched to flashing red in all directions, forcing motorists to navigate the area as a four-way stop.
Police say the issue was resolved later in the day, with normal signal operation restored just before 6 p.m.
