A flatbed truck struck a hydro pole on Woodstock Street North, prompting a road closure between Line 29 and Hope Street to allow for repairs. Police have charged a 63-year-old driver from Dorchester with careless driving.
The roadway is expected to remain closed until mid-afternoon while crews complete the necessary work.
