A driver is facing a dangerous operation charge after a two-vehicle crash in Ottawa on Monday that left one car overturned at the front of an elementary school.
The collision occurred shortly after noon on Heron Road near Baycrest Drive, in front of Marie Curie Elementary School. Emergency crews responded to the scene, where one person was taken to hospital with minor injuries, while another was assessed but chose not to be transported.
Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
