A jackknifed tractor-trailer forced the closure of all eastbound lanes on Highway 403 in Brant early Wednesday morning.
Emergency crews responded to the incident near Middle Townline Road, where the crash blocked the highway. No injuries were reported.
The closure remained in place while crews cleared debris and ensured the roadway was safe. Police later confirmed the truck had been removed and lanes were expected to reopen shortly.
Motorists were advised to steer clear of the area and take alternate routes while cleanup continued.
