Two people were taken to hospital following a late-night house fire in Brampton.
Emergency crews responded around 11 p.m. on April 23 to a home on Huntspoint Drive, near Cottrelle Boulevard and McVeen Drive in the city’s northeast.
One person suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to hospital, while another was assessed as a precaution.
Firefighters were able to contain the blaze quickly after arriving at the scene. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
