Two drivers were taken to hospital following a collision in Ottawa’s west end on Saturday afternoon.
Emergency crews were called around 2:42 p.m. to a two-vehicle crash at Eagleson Road and Hope Side Road. Firefighters arrived to find one driver trapped inside a vehicle and were able to extricate them in under 10 minutes.
Paramedics say both drivers were transported to hospital with minor, non-life-threatening injuries. Police remain at the scene managing traffic as the situation is cleared.
